(1) Add an appropriate amount of ink blending oil within the range of color concentration.
(2) Coat the surface of the printing ink film with a layer of varnish or ink blending oil (sublimation ink for canon pixma g3202).
(3) Increase the transparency of the ink, such as the use of high-transparency high ink or add an appropriate amount of ink blending oil, the use of smooth, strong reflective power of the substrate to increase the gloss of the reflection.
(4) Prevent adsorption on the surface of the substrate, and reasonably improve the smoothness of the substrate printing surface.
(5) Pay attention to the temperature and humidity of the printing environment. In the case of high humidity, low temperature, plastic gravure printing, due to the fast evaporation of solvents (usually within 1 minute the surface of the ink film has been dry), absorbing the heat around the ink film and cause the water vapor in the air at the place of rapid condensation, so that the printing of the ink film surface to form a fog, resulting in the loss of gloss ink layer. In the rainy season, special attention should be paid to control the temperature and humidity of the printing environment to ensure good printing results.
Fluorescent ink can not be mixed with a large number of non-fluorescent ink to match the color, otherwise it will lose the ink fluorescent effect.
Special color production
1. Gold and silver ink production: use ink blending oil to add the appropriate amount of gold powder, silver powder stirred evenly into the ink, pay attention to the selection of the appropriate fineness of the gold powder and silver powder, but also choose to adapt to the printing substrate ink blending oil, and should be formulated in the printing, in order to prevent the ink due to the placing of too long a period of time and the occurrence of precipitation and delamination. Gold ink can also use silver powder, transparent yellow and ink blending oil for mixed production.
2. Pearlescent ink: Pearlescent pigment and the appropriate proportion of highly transparent ink or ink blending oil is mixed evenly. The covering power of the ink is strong, and it is likely to lose the pearlescent effect.
3. Luminous ink: The ink has the effect of absorbing light energy and then releasing light in a certain period of time, thus it can often glow at night, so it is called luminous ink or phosphorescent ink (sublimation ink for canon pixma mg2522). Usually the glow-in-the-dark pigment is dispersed in the ink mixing oil with high transparency, and it can be stirred evenly.
The above kinds of inks can not be ground, gold ink, silver ink grinding will damage the grinding equipment, pearlescent, luminous ink grinding will destroy the surface or crystal structure, loss of due effect.
