A 3,500㎡ semi-finished goods area. Raw ink, bottles, chips and caps sit here in labeled blue bins, sorted by color and model.
A 1,800㎡ finished goods warehouse. Packed cartons on heavy-duty racks, every pallet tagged with model number and production date.
Why split semi-finished from finished? Because it lets us finish goods to order. Need a custom label or an OEM bottle? We pull from semi-finished stock and pack in 3 days, instead of starting from zero.
Getting goods out of the door is where many suppliers quietly fail. Ours works like this:
1,Order in - the picker scans the pallet tag, not a paper list. Mis-picks drop to 3%.
2,Every carton goes through a second check before taping: model, color, quantity, lot number.
3,Cartons get stretch-wrapped on pallets, corner-protected, then loaded by forklift straight into the container at our own dock.
4,We work with multiple forwarders across sea, air and express. If one line is jammed, your cargo moves on another. No single point of failure.
Stock orders leave in 48–72 hours. OEM orders ship 7-9 days after artwork confirmation.
