Step 1. The raw material lives in ton tanks, not buckets
Dye, pigment, solvents and additives arrive in drums and IBC ton tanks. Every lot is logged and inspected before it touches the line. Material inspection records are on file, and our suppliers
are assessed on quality, not picked on price alone.
Step 2. Feeding and mixing are machines' jobs
Our automatic feeding system moves each ingredient by weight into the automatic mixing device. No shovels, no eyeballing. The recipe is the recipe, batch after batch, because your print
head does not forgive a bad batch.
Step 3. Three-stage micro-nano filtration, finer than your nozzle
This is the step most traders cannot explain, because they have never stood next to it. Before filling, every batch passes our three-stage micro-nano ink filtration system. Particle size is
what clogs heads, so we filter finer than the nozzle you print with.
Step 4. Filled on a fully automatic line
The fully automatic ink production line fills, caps and seals. Six self-owned lines in a 5,000 sqm workshop turn out 30,000 bottles a month. Fill volume is set once, then checked against the
spec sheet every shift.
Step 5. We print before you print
Finished ink goes to the quality testing center. We print color charts, read the gradients, check density and drying time. Nine QA/QC inspectors sign each batch off. Ink that drifts in color
does not leave the building.
