Step 1. The ink starts here
Every batch begins in the dispersion machine. Pigment, solvent, additives, weighed, not eyeballed. Same recipe every time, because your printer doesn't forgive a bad batch.
Step 2. Filling is a machine's job
The automatic filling machine doses every cartridge. No funnels, no shaking hands. Volume is set once, then checked against the spec sheet every shift.
Step 3. Pressed and welded shut
Housing, sponge, chip, seal. The press machine and the ultrasonic welder close each unit. A cartridge that leaks in transit is our cost, not yours, so this step gets over-built on purpose.
Step 4. Every single unit gets tested
100% online detection. Not sampling. Every cartridge passes the detection station before it moves on. Machines catch what tired eyes miss at 6 pm.
Step 5. Then we test them again, at random
Finished cartridges go to the bench. We pull units at random, inject, print, read the nozzle pattern. One failure stops the whole batch from that line. Bob Johnson, who has run this bench for 10 years,

Step 6. Sealed, shrunk, boxed, waiting
Foil seal, heat shrink, carton. Then storage. The stock is sitting there waiting for your order, not being made after it.
