The rule: money in, not orders signed
The scoring metric is the final amount received. Not quotes sent, not orders placed, not promises made. Money that actually lands in the account before September 30.
Period: September 1 – September 30
Winner: 3 days paid leave
Loser: a talent show, plus a short speech admitting defeat in front of all 120 people
Brian, our Sales Manager, read the rules out. Five minutes. No slides.
Then the microphone died.
It just went off halfway through. So Damon walked to each of the six teams, one by one, and read the whole thing again - face to face, at full volume. By the sixth team his voice was gone.
He finished the last one half shouting, half whispering.
Nobody went looking for a spare mic. Nobody asked him to stop. The workshop team cheered loudest.
That's roughly how this month is going to go.
What this means if you're buying from us
We make printing consumables: ink, ink cartridges, remanufactured printheads for major printer brands, chips, and maintenance boxes.
For the PK month we did two things buyers will actually feel:
Extra discount through September. Six teams are competing for your order, so the price has room to move.
Stock prepared in advance. We built inventory before the month started, so your lead time doesn't depend on our scoreboard.
Inquiries get answered faster. Your spec question reaches R&D directly, because R&D is competing too.
Send us an inquiry. We're on the clock.
September is on.
