Q:I have 5 computers in my office, how can I connect them so that each computer can print directly?
A:Five computers in your office are all connected to the same LAN.
Set the printer connected to one of the computers as a shared printer.
Install network printers on the rest of the computers.
Start--Search--Select Computer or Person--Enter the IP address of the computer connected to the printer, and when you find it, it should show that there is a shared printer connected to that computer. Shared printer, will be prompted to install the printer driver, follow the prompts on it.
Two computers must be in the same network segment, such as win7: 192.168.1.15, winxp: 192.168.1.16 win7: install the printer driver, enable printer sharing.

Note: When winxp need to use the printer, win7 must be on.
