White goes down faster than the colours because every transfer needs a white base layer underneath.
So you end up swapping the white cartridge in the middle of a run.
Mid-run swaps are where air gets into the line, and that's where banding and colour drift start.
The 500ml size exists to take that out of the day.

- MSDS and IATA DGR reports on file for every colour. Without these two documents the ink cannot move by air at all. Most buyers find that out at the cargo desk, not at the quotation stage.

Does the white ink settle?
White pigment settles in every DTF ink on the market, ours included. Shake the cartridge before first use and run the printer's white circulation cycle as scheduled.
