1. If it is a newly purchased product, please ensure that the blue tape inside and outside the product has been completely removed.
2. Turn off the printer, open the printer cover, and remove the printing paper or other obstructions from the paper feeding channel.
3. Check whether the ink cartridge cover is tightly closed: open the ink cartridge cover, push the ink cartridge down until it locks in place (click), and close the ink cartridge cover until it clicks.
4. Turn on the printer again, and check whether the indicator status returns to normal.
5. Reinstall the printer driver test.
