Daily Maintenance
Nozzle cleaning
Daily operation: Use a dust-free cloth or special cotton swab to dip the nozzle cleaning fluid and gently wipe the nozzle surface to remove residual ink or impurities.
Deep cleaning: Perform deep cleaning through the printer's built-in "nozzle cleaning" function every week or when printing is disconnected to avoid clogging.
Note: Do not touch the nozzle with sharp tools to prevent damage.

Pringting Comsubalmes Management
Ink management
Use original or compatible certified ink to avoid precipitation or chemical reactions.
Storage temperature: 15-30℃, avoid direct sunlight, and keep sealed after opening.
Shake the ink bottle regularly (before use) to prevent pigment precipitation.
an electrostatic brush before use to ensure a clean printing surface.

Environmental Control
Temperature: Maintain 15-30℃ to avoid low temperature causing increased ink viscosity.
Humidity: Control at 40-60%. Too high humidity can easily cause powder to clump, while too low humidity can easily cause static electricity to adsorb dust.
Dust prevention: Install air filters or clean the work area regularly to reduce the impact of dust.
