* Clogging of the Ink Cartridge Inkjet Head
Inkjet head clogging occurs when the ink cartridge's ink port becomes too dry, leading to ink condensation and blockage of the inkjet port. If the nozzle clogging is not severe, performing the printer's automatic cleaning operation may resolve the issue. However, if repeated cleaning does not yield results, the cartridge can be removed, and a syringe can be used to apply pressure against the nozzle, allowing high-speed airflow to clean it.
* Insufficient Ink in the Cartridges
When ink levels are low but not fully depleted, intermittent printing may occur, resulting in unclear fonts and affecting print quality. In such cases, replacing the cartridge with a new one is necessary.
* Blockage of the Ink Cartridge Vent
The ink cartridge consists of an ink chamber and an air chamber. During printing, the air chamber maintains atmospheric pressure through air holes, allowing ink to flow properly. The ink chamber, sealed off, creates negative pressure, ensuring ink is drawn into the printer without relying on gravity.
If the vent connecting the ink chamber and the air chamber becomes blocked, ink flow is impeded, and printing issues arise.
