1. Use the application toolbar in the printer software to conduct nozzle detection and print head cleaning through the computer.
2. Press and hold the printer's own cleaning key for 3 seconds to clean the print head. For self inspection, turn off the machine first, and then press the paper feed key and power key simultaneously for 3 seconds.
3. The first method is better than the other two methods. The printer head should be cleaned 2-3 times each time a new ink cartridge is installed.
4. Once the print head is cleaned, the nozzle shall be tested. Don't be lazy, otherwise the printing effect will be affected and ink will be wasted.
5. If it cannot be improved after repeated cleaning, do not remove the ink cartridge. It is recommended to leave it in the machine for a few hours, which can also be improved.
