- Issue: There may be debris inside the printer, often causing a paper jam. Debris can damage internal parts, or parts may be broken.
- Solution: Check for and remove any debris inside the printer. If parts are damaged, they will need to be replaced.
3. Both Lights Flashing Simultaneously (Motherboard or Sensor Failure)
- Issue: The issue may be related to the motherboard or sensor.
- Solution: Repair or replace the motherboard or sensor as needed.
4. Ink Car Does Not Move After Printer Is Turned On, Paper Light and Ink Light Flashing
- Issue: The ink carriage is not moving, and both the paper and ink lights are flashing.
- Solution: Apply a few drops of lubricant to the steel shaft and check for paper jams.
5. EPSON R210, R230 Paper and Ink Lights Flashing Simultaneously
- Issue: The sensor under the print head may be malfunctioning, particularly if using a continuous ink supply system.
- Solution: Check and adjust the length of the supply line so that it is appropriate when the print head moves left and right.
6. Printer's Paper and Ink Lights Flashing Alternately
- Issue: The printer may need maintenance related to waste ink.
- Solution: Clean up the waste ink and use printer maintenance software to reset the waste ink counter.
