But in fact there is no relationship with the actual ink balance in the cartridge, the printer can't see how much ink is in the cartridge, it only accepts the record of the chip.
You have modified the cartridge, and did not empty the data within the chip, that is, the cartridge is still recorded before the amount of prints, when the cartridge chip to tell the printer that the ink cartridge has been used up, the printer will give you the appropriate prompts to remind you to change the ink cartridge.
But because it is an estimate, so even if you are reminded to change the cartridge, the printer still allows you to print for a period of time until the cartridge is completely depleted!
